DESCRIPTION: Boulevard Place is a mixed use residential development located at the junction of San Felipe Street and Post Oak Boulevard in Houston, Texas. The development includes over 400,000 SF of retail and restaurants, a 100,000 SF grocery store, 4 residential/hotel high-rise towers and parking garages for 2000 stalls.
The development is intended to create residential serving retail with a luxury retail destinations attachment. The massing enhances the scale of the integrates landscape and open space while optimizing the functional aspects of the building.
Brand + Allen Architects developed the original master plan design and are providing retail consulting services to DMJM H&N with a focus on streetscape, operations, and leasing strategies.
