DESCRIPTION: The Collection at Chevy Chase in Washington, D.C, is a two-level center with luxury retail which is part of a mixed use 400,000 sq. ft development. We were commissioned by the owners to create a unique concept of mock –up storefront designs for major retail tenants to show them how this new building could be transformed into a series of multi-level street facades like townhomes in Paris or London. Most of high end retailers like Tiffany’s, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, DeBeers are tenants here and this completed project won first place in the Washington D.C Commercial Project of the year in 2005.
