Brand + Allen Architects is responsible for creating the unique project concept based on owner development criteria and site restrictions. We have completed construction documents and the project is currently under construction.
The construction of the proposed building is Type-I; the structure is a reinforced concrete frame system on a concrete pile foundation. The exterior of the building consists of a window wall system with a combination of insulated glass, masonry, and stone cladding.
