DESCRIPTION: The Mayfair Townhomes are located in St. George Place, a quiet residential neighborhood in the Uptown District of Houston, Texas. The development is within a few blocks of the Houston Galleria and other entertainment and shopping venues. There are a total of 26 townhome units, with 5 different unit types, all of which are served by a gated private driveway and rear loaded parking garages. The average townhome is approximately 3,000 SF. All of the townhomes also feature private front yards, balconies, terraces and professional grade appliances. The Mayfair Townhomes are a contemporary residential development; each of the 26 townhomes is configured with an open floor plan for maximum flexibility and modern living.
